APPLICATION:

Raxon 420 Clear stands out for its very high solids content of non volatile organic compounds at application viscosity, achieving more body, gloss and relief of the metallized effect than those achieved by using conventional products. 420 Clear complies with environment legislation. This product is used in Bi-Coat Systems for the Car Refinish.

SURFACE PREPARATION:

Apply directly on metallic or solid basecoat- water or solvent based. Allow at least 30 mins after base coat application.

APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS:

Apply two full coats. 5-10 minutes between coats for thinner evaporation. 420 Fast Hardener for spot repair only. SPOT REPAIR: Use aerographical gravity spray guns with 1.2mm nozzle for best results. For large area, use 1.3mm-1.4mm nozzle.

STORAGE:

Keep under cover in a cool and well-ventilated place avoiding direct sunlight. Temperatures between 5 and 30ºC recommended. Can life: 2 years from manufacturing in date its original unopened container. Consult our Technical Department once date has expired.
